I was used to use http://pastie.org to share text documents with virtual machines for example. But limitations came really fast for big files or binaries and to be obliged to remember the paste id was boring…
I found http://drop.io, which is an online share space where one can upload different kind of media and define who can access them. Create an account is pretty straight forward, just visit the home page and submit your own user login. Your space is automatically created, you can now access it, register yourself as an administrator and begin online collaboration. Uploads are limited to 100MB, but you can upgrade your account to benefit more space. Furthermore, API, firefox-chomre… plugins, twitter, mail, sms, mms, fax extensions are available.
